Deze wijn haalt een mooi succes. Hij houd 40% bourboulenc, 30% Vermentino en 30% de Grenache Blanc in die gevinifieerd en verouderd worden op vat. Het spectrum van aroma's is zeer interessant: op gevanilleerde vleugjes hout, rieken wij abrikozen, perziken met honingtoetsen. |
