Het is een traditioneel product, bereid met rode grenache waar alcohol toegevoegd wordt tijdens de gisting, wanneer de wijn nog 100 g suiker bevat. ZE zijn amberkleurig met mahonietinten. Aan de neus herkennen wij droog fruit, noten, vijgen, boenwas, rozijnen, met kruidige toetsjes. Hij bezit een lange zachte afdronk die ons een tijd laat mediteren. |
